Most orders ship to anywhere in the United States in 7 to 10 business days. If you need your order express delivered when it's ready to ship, call us to upgrade your shipping from USPS Priority Mail to Fedex Overnight Service.

Larger, custom or international orders require additional days. Call us for an estimated ship date.

Please allow up to two weeks for orders with custom messages or finishes and all L.E.D. models. Refunds and exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt of order if product is in new condition.

NOTE: Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund of cancelled orders valued greater than $250. Cancelled orders are also subject to a restocking fee. Some custom orders and larger quantity orders (10+ units) are returnable within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a restocking fee.
